  14. Online help is part of the user-interface, and one that's totally ignored
  15. 99.9% of the time by developers, even on systems (Windows, OS/2) that
  16. support it as a standard and come with everything the user needs to
  17. use it.

  19. IMHO getting an online help standard is more important than the keyboard
  20. shortcut discussion (hey, how many different programs do you _really_
  21. use often enough to want the keyboard shortcuts... maybe 6 at most?) and
  22. the top-when-clicked/don't-top-when-clicked discussion, which are both
  23. stylistic concerns.
